Practice Bidding
Lots will have a "STAGGERED" and "SOFT CLOSE". You will be notified by email invoice if you are the winning bidder. Email invoices will be sent out after the Auction closes.
What is a "STAGGERED CLOSE"? The lots do not close all at the same time. Lots will have a staggered closing using a mixed sequence. Follow the clock to the right of each lot to know the exact closing time of a particular lot.
What is a "SOFT CLOSE"?? If a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last 2 minute before closing, then the time will be extended on that lot by 2 minutes. This will continue until a full minute passes without a new bid on that lot.

All payment and pick up arrangements are to be made DIRECTLY with Sundance LB Stock Farm, below are their terms...
All animals must be paid before pick up date is scheduled. If paid for by check, all paperwork will be mailed once the check has cleared the bank.
All animals must be paid for by August 15th, 2024. Payment methods accepted are cash, check & Paypal.
All animals must be picked up by August 30th, 2024, after that date, there will be a $10/day board charge.
All horses not currently registered will come with registration applications.
Coggins & health certificates will be arranged to be done for all horses sold out of state, so shipping arrangements can be coordinated upon their completion. Any additional charges needed for horses going out of the country would be the responsibility of the buyer.

We strongly recommend that the purchased animal is insured, once the animal is purchased it is their sole responsibility. All animals are sold as - is, there are no guarantees. All animals sold are healthy and sound, should a purchaser want a health exam that would be done at their expense.

At the close of the sale, arrangements for pick up will be coordinated between the buyer and the seller.
Arrangements can be coordinated by the buyer to ship to AMHR Nationals with those in the local area going if they have extra room on their trailers.
